Nice but not exactly what I expected

I bought this pendant as a gift. It's very nice but the picture on the website showed it on a chain, so, I thought that it came with a chain. When it arrived without one, I was a bit frustrated because I had to go back and order a chain, since I didn't want to give it as a gift without one. That made it more expensive than I had planned. You should make it clear on the site that your pendants don't come with chains and that they need to be ordered separately.

Hi Francesca, I am so sorry that you did not see where it mentions in the immediate description section that the 'chain is sold separately here' with the text linking through to the chains. We had tried showing the pendants without chains but just think they display so much nicer on chains.
