If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help and want you to be happy.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unless it was damaged in shipment. In that case, please contact us as soon as you receive it. We prefer email so we have a written record of your request for a return. sales(at)glesilver.com

- Your item needs to have the receipt of proof of purchase.

- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via PayPal if that was your method of payment or a credit to your credit card, bank account or original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your item was damaged in the shipping process to you. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable on returns unless there was damage during us shipping it to you.
If you receive a refund for an undamaged return, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
